On an expedition to hell, Cheng Ho Nam lands hand first on the breast of a beautiful ghost (Yam Yue-Ching), triggering this modern ghostly romance/comedy/adventure. With newly awakened lust in her unliving heart, she sets off for the world of the living with the aid of Mr. Chung (Wu Ma) to find and marry the object of her emotions. I really loved the God Of Earth's entrance! Director Wu Ma plays with comic incongruity focused on the culture clash between the spirits of the ancient underworld and the modern world of the living to deliver some solid belly laughs if you get into the HK style of humor. If not, you may find parts silly or annoying, but they're brief, so don't worry. ... -gg-
