Video Files
These clips were created in the last century in either or both of two different formats:
All clips in this archive were captured and edited by me. Edited usually just means trimming the scenes smoothely, but occaisionally may mean that small cuts were made in the middle of the scene to remove extraneous material and keep the clip short. Such instances should be unnoticeable unless you're familiar with the original footage.
After the title of each movie you'll find a brief comment on the version and condition of my source video. This will tell you the film's ratio (fullscreen or widescreen), whether dubbed or subbed, and what type of subs if the latter. Most films are subbed, but a few (usually films with Jackie Chan) are subbed. Each clip has a brief description followed by the onscreen size and running time of the clip. Each download link has the file size indicated.
AVI (DivX encoded) and RealVideo (Version 8).
If you don't have the DivX codec installed on your system, you can grab it here. Though this uses an older version of DivX, it should be backwards compatable with the latest codecs.
The RealVideo clips are encoded with the version 8 producer, so if you don't have version 8 or later of the Real Player, you can grab it free from their site, located here. This is their main page, you'll have to find the link to download the player.
